Our store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract or have the necessary permission to do so.

We aim to provide accurate information about:
- products;
- materials;
- colours;
- sizes;
- prices;
- availability; and
- product images.
Due to photography, lighting and differences between screens, colours may appear slightly different in person.
Minor variations in appearance do not necessarily indicate a defect.
5. Prices
Prices applicable to UK customers are displayed in GBP (£).
The total amount payable is displayed before you confirm the order.
Applicable taxes are included where required.
6. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- we cannot deliver to the supplied address;
- quantities appear intended for unauthorised resale; or
- an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

8. Shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Standard tracked UK delivery is free on all orders.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 10–12 business days.

9. Returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day return period from delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Statutory consumer rights
Customers may have additional rights under applicable consumer legislation.
In particular, eligible UK online purchases may be subject to statutory cancellation and faulty-goods protections.
Nothing contained in our Terms or policies is intended to remove or reduce those rights.
11. Promotions
Promotions, discount codes, bundles and quantity discounts are governed by the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.

This does not affect any statutory remedy you may have if an order is materially delayed or not delivered.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable UK law.
